What are my baggage allowance?
Baggage information can be found on airline website's that you are traveling with.
How can I cancel my booking and receive a refund?
You can submit a refund online by submitting a request on the contact us page with your booking reference number
Cancelling your trip will always involve costs. Depending on the ticket terms & conditions of the airline, you have the right to receive a (partial) refund.
We will help you to calculate the costs of your cancellation and check if you will receive a (partial) refund.
Difference between cancellation and refunds?
The reservation/booking needs to be canceled atleast 12 hours before departure and then we will process refund of your funds.
Based on Airline cancellation policies that is subject to penalties - WingIT will process refund.
In-case of no-shows, the tickets are 100% non-refundable.
Do I need a visa for my trip?
If you are a Canadain citizen or a permanent resident, you are able to travel domestically without a visa
What are refund processing fees?
If tickets are refundable, then you will be required to pay airline penalties & our refund processing fees which is $30 per passenger.
How long before my departure do I need to check-in?
Domestic flights - check-in at least 2 hours prior to departure Boarding usually begins 45 minutes prior to departure. We highly recommend our customers do online boarding/check-in, using Airline website. This will guarantee a seat and avoids the last minute "denial of boarding by airlines", as most Airlines over book flights during peak seasons.
